and Agile programming used by other

in these philosophies or methodologies with Borland/CodeGear's Rapid Application
Development tools (e.g. Delphi, RAD Developers' Studio, etc.) to produce better
Windows, web, and internet applications faster than possible with older methods
(e.g. Grand Waterfall) and other
programming tools (C++, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Java, etc.) The
